Versatility is the holy grail for a home gym. With this machine, you can do lat pulldowns, cable rows, and other cable exercises using the same machine, seamlessly switching between settings.
The colossal 310lb stack or 8.5" loadable weight horns feature a 1:1 pull ratio and 15+ attachments offer endless training. But cable training isn't always just about slapping on a different Double D Handle or some Fat Grip Cable Attachments and repeating the same old routine...
Instead, mix things up with a FULL menu of cable exercises! Carve your triceps with tricep rope pushdowns, sculpt your arms with multi-grip bar bicep curls & build boulder shoulders by performing upright rows, face pulls, or single-arm lateral raises using the included chain.
The upright is also compatible with our 2.3" x 2.3" power rack attachments — the Y Dip, Seal Row Pad, and Landmine unlock even more exercises in the same small footprint. Micro-load with the Weight Stack Pin and overload with Resistance bands to really make your muscles sizzle—you won't outgrow this bad boy!
And if you change your mind after buying the plate-loaded version, just use the Lat Pulldown Upgrade Kit to transform it into a weight stack beast.
